The role will support the company’s legal and corporate needs, including its planned acquisitions, equity investments, and expansion into other sectors and businesses. Key responsibilities: - Draft, review, and negotiate B2B commercial agreements, SaaS contracts, NDAs, partnership agreements, and other corporate documents. - Support acquisitions and equity investments by coordinating legal due diligence, reviewing transaction documents, identifying legal risks, and tracking required actions. - Assist with share purchase and subscription agreements, shareholders’ agreements, investment terms, and related corporate documentation. - Provide practical legal support on corporate governance, company records, regulatory matters, and business operations. - Coordinate with external lawyers and advisors on matters involving other jurisdictions. - Build and manage professional relationships with relevant authorities, institutions, business partners, and other stakeholders. - Maintain organized legal records, contract registers, and key corporate deadlines.
