Main Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients, importers, distributors, contractors, companies and institutional customers. * Identify new business opportunities in Syria, especially in international trade, energy, construction materials, infrastructure and industrial products. * Visit potential clients and conduct face-to-face business meetings in Damascus. * Follow up on customer requirements, quotations, negotiations and potential projects. * Collect reliable market information regarding customer demand, pricing, competitors, major projects and business conditions. * Prepare concise market and business development reports in English for the company's management team. * Maintain an organized database of clients, contacts, projects and business opportunities. * Support company management during meetings, exhibitions and business visits in Syria. Requirements: * Based in Damascus. * Native Arabic speaker. * Good professional English communication skills. * Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, international trade or a related field. * Strong communication, negotiation and client development skills. * Able to work independently and visit customers regularly. * Good market research and information verification ability. * Experience in energy, construction, industrial equipment, logistics or import/export is preferred. * Existing business connections with companies, contractors, importers or institutions in Syria are a strong advantage. * Previous experience working with Chinese or other international companies is an advantage. Compensation: * Fixed monthly salary: USD 450–650 depending on experience and qualifications. * Performance-based commission. * Transportation and communication allowance. * Business travel expenses covered when required. * Higher compensation may be considered for exceptional candidates with strong experience and an established business network. The position will initially include a 3-month probation period.
