About Us

Founded and operated by Shard Soft LTD, a technology company based in Damascus, Syria, Jobs.sy exists to connect people looking for work with the employers hiring in Syria.

We believe that finding a job, and filling one, should be simple, transparent and free. A candidate builds a CV once and applies with it in a single tap; an employer posts a vacancy and reads every application in one place. Posting and applying are both free.

Our Mission: to be where work is found in Syria, with real employers, honest listings, and no fee on either side of the market.

Our Vision: a labour market where a vacancy reaches every qualified person who wants it, wherever in the country they are.
