Technical Architect

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect with strong shop drawing, technical, and coordination skills to join our team.

The role focuses on preparing accurate architectural shop drawings and coordinating with Architectural, Structural, MEP, site teams, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure all details are coordinated and executable on site .

Requirements:
* 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural shop drawings and technical coordination
* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
* Strong architectural detailing and multidisciplinary coordination skills
* Ability to review drawings, identify clashes/discrepancies, and coordinate solutions
* Good knowledge of construction details, finishes, dimensions, and execution requirements
* Experience handling revisions, RFIs, submissions, and drawing approvals
* Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management skills

Nice to Have:
* Experience with residential / villa projects
* Knowledge of interior and exterior details, materials, and finishes
* Previous GCC/UAE project experience
* Experience in both pre-construction and site execution stages
